Art I did for Yumehayla on Menewsha, just got some Prismacolor pencils and was trying out coloring. First art in awhile. ^^ And first color pic! Though the skin tone didn't scan very well. >.>

Hoping that practice will end up improving my art, I'm in one of those moods where I just want to draw and draw. ^^

Skin tone looks fine to me. :D She looks pale, but it seems to fit the character to me.

You have a nice style. :3

Yep yep, the paleness is what I was like annoyed at. o_o Cuz the skin on the actual piece of paper is much more pink-ish and more saturated. But I guess its natural to lose something when its scanned. I'm glad you think it works okay with the character though! Thats the main thing, I was hoping Yume wouldn't mind the difference in skin tone.

XD If you hadn't of said it, I wouldn't have noticed that you had scanner trouble. (But, I know how scanners are. I always end up touching up my art in photoshop. >< )

Yeah been trying to do that. o_o I don't know as many of the functions on Photoshop as I wish I did, but it helps with some of the saturation problems, though it tends to send color to other parts of the picture that I really don't need that color in. XD

You can look up tutorials on DA. I've found many that have helped me out. :3
